The automated YC tool manufacture
To keep the low cost and maintain the stable quality, the Y.C. tools have developed the automated system more than decade years. The numerous technological machine work in our factory such as CNC, Forging machine, Laser machine, Printing machine and so on. We also cooperate with the machine factory to develop the station machine in order to increase our work efficiency and achieve a uniform high quality at a reasonable price.

The YC 100% in house
The YC tools are totally produced product 100% in house. When we build the new factory, Y.C. tools have the automatic hardening plant to maintain the heat treatment quality. All Y.C. screwdriver and bits are hared over the whole length. Constant heat-treatment process and stick quality control guarantee the value product to our customer. We also purchase the new machine every year to improve our self-technique. Therefore, each step in production can be monitored and any defect will be correct immediately.
